What I liked

During my time at this hospital I found that the standards were exceptionally high. In my time there, there was a minor problem which I pointed out to the staff who were very apologetic. Later an "A.D.M" with a winning smile gave me a further apology. Overall I am very impressed, especially with a manager coming down to give me an extended apology.

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing!

Anything else?

Every manager should have been like this one.
