What I liked

Getting treatment as I can not treat myself

What could be improved

I'd expect my Nursing staff to wear uniforms while getting treatment.......

And have healthy nursing staff.....not very nice seeing spoken words through a hand covered mouth....this was supposed to stop their germs going all over......plus a covered up wound....then......still nursing....!

Too much verbal instructions, confirmation and procedures......! When every bit of my information is in my file.......!

Having drip treatment......but forgetting to turn the machine on.....! or setting it to the wrong time period...!

Generally, my experiences in the hospital are excellent, and I mean excellent...spoilt by one member of your staff or unseen upper management.

Sitting next to a very sick patient who has to wave a hand to get the nurses attention.....
