"Doctor took the time to explain even after I asked..."

What I liked

The doctor was knowledgable and happy to talk about diagnosis and treatment options. I didn't feel rushed during the consultation.

Follow up for minor surgery was booked there and then and was briefed of the potential downsides of the operation.

Everyone else - HCAs and reception staff - were very amiable and friendly.

What could be improved

Seen later than expected, but the department seemed quite busy.
