"Renal staff excellent scary porter"

About: Royal Sussex County Hospital

What could be improved

I had an appointment at the Renal Clinic . Got in the lift with my partner and another lady in a wheelchair and an ambulance driver. Then this very small porter came to the lift entrance with a mattress.I was leaning on one wall of the lift my partner the other and the lady was in the middle.

Well the very aggressive porter wanted to be on my side of the lift .We are waiting for him to come in he is staring at me .I had no idea what he wanted until he said rather loudly with daggers in his eyes "Scuseeeee" as if I was bit simple and should know what he wanted I was very intimidated and embarrassed I just moved over to the other side.I just felt bullied . Seems strange I suppose but when your a Kidney patient you don't have a lot strength to defend yourself in the old days I would have told him thing or two. I think this guy is in the wrong kind of work, you don't expect to be push around by the staff
