What I liked

My 3 year old son had dislocated his left elbow on Sunday 18th November and the lady that popped it back into place was amazing. She was very kind and lovely and interacted with my son. She made him smile and laugh before she had to check his arm and she was chatting away to him. I thought the service by the lady was extremely lovely and I felt very at ease as a mother. Thank you ever so much.

What could be improved
