What I liked

I visited today to have a ultra sound scan at the North Middlesex

On arrival the main area was busy but I did not the hospital was clean,

Directions to the xray department were easy to find.

I was seen by two ladies in ultra sound room number 2 they were wonderful, professional and totally caring I could not have received better attention.

Anything else?

Should not leave ill patients in wheelchairs waiting to long as is what I did see

Improving the experience of our patients is the number one priority for the hospital and we are pleased to hear that you were happy with the care you received. We are continually trying to improve the whole experience for every patient we see, and are restructuring the way we deliver some services in order to minimise the waiting time that you witnessed for patients brought down for tests from the wards. We will share this feedback with the department concerned.
