What I liked

Clean, warm.

What could be improved

Plenty of choice in the food but quality terrible. Cold, dry etc. Inedible. Not sure why as food at Burnley is excellent

Lack of communication between ward staff and between medical teams. Discharge summary wasn't accurate and misleading informtion sent to GP

Admitted for a week and wasn't offered a bath ( have limited mobility)

Front of house ie main entrance was dirty. Too many staff, visitors and patients smoking. Disgusting

Rotating door doesn't work properly

I am very sorry to hear that your experience within surgery was not of the standard we would expect, whilst we strive to ensure good care and also good communication between nurses and doctors and to each patients GP on discharge we apologise we did not get this right for you on this occasion.
