What I liked

I would like to thank every specialist who looked after my mum during her 3 day stay at the Hammersmith Hospital, especially to one consultant (from Chris Booth Ward), to all the nurses and doctors from the D7 ward and to the ERCP department, two particular doctors and all the nurses who looked after my mum pre/post ERCP.

You are all stars! and the level of care we received could not be better!

Thank you so much for going a little further than required in addition to the top professional service!

What could be improved

I think that the menu is a little bit too varied.

I am not sure how much it costs, but if reducing the amount of dishes available would reduce the costs to NHS, I would start from there =))) it is not a complaint in any way, but I so don't want the NHS to fire any of the Hammersmith Hospital personnel who do such an amazing work, due to the lack of funding!
