What I liked

The staff are friendly and genuine.

What could be improved

I went in for a scan at 9am and had a 2 hour wait. The actual scan was no longer than 10minutes and I ended up getting to work at halfday. I don't understand why an appointment system cannot be administered so people don't have to take a whole morning off work, especially for fertility services, which involves multiple visits to hospital. I just can't afford to take so much time off work to attend the appointments; so at a time when I should be keeping stress levels at a minimum, I find myself worrying about juggling time commitments at work and attending the hospital visits.

Anything else?

I consequently picked up a stomach bug the following day. I have yet to investigate whether this was picked up at the hospital or at work as some colleagues have also been infected. I just hope I wasn't the carrier that infected them after picking it up at hospital! I will call the hospital tomorrow to enquire if they have had other recent cases.
