What I liked

I had my first breast screening on 25 Oct and was recalled for further investigation and, as it turned out, treatment on 5 Nov.

My comments are in relation to two aspects.

1. The efficiency of the whole process from my first appointment to the letter I received today (15 Nov) confirming the results of my test.

2. The friendliness of all the staff, and especially the way that the Consultant put me at ease and explained very clearly what was to happen and why. This helped to make the whole experience far less daunting than it may otherwise have been.
