What could be improved

Dirty environment, torn chairs in children's department, floor filthy. Called through to see Doctor to be told couldn't be seen as Doctor called away but would be seen next, after other patients called through, spoke to reception to be told very sarcastically that we weren't top of the list! Other Doctors sitting around chatting (not patient related) nurse very sarcastic when I expressed my dissapointment. Would like to highlight that no emergency cases were brought in and this was not the cause of being knocked down the waiting list. Daughter was administered a steroid without explaining side affects (3 years old)

Anything else?

I agree that all staff should be treated with respect however this is a two way exchange. There is no excuse for the rudeness, sarcasm and attitude that we experienced.

Funny enough though after we complained we were seen instantly by a very pleasant Doctor.
