What I liked

nothing

What could be improved

maybe you could look after patient instead of trying to get rid of them maybe put patient on the correct ward, maybe nurse's not to refuse medication maybe sort patient health out before sending them home i don't understand what the point of being a hospital is if you don't fix the problem they come in with i have been coming in and out of hospital for 14 months with problems with my gallbladder and suspected crohns disease after been under 1 consults who was no help at all and very unprofessional i am now under another consultant and awaiting results after having to ring to make my own appointment for my results otherwise i would have been left i am living on several tablets and ormorparh i was disgued when i was last admitted when i was moved to ward 15 treated like there was nothing wrong with me and refused medication and never seen my doctor again and was sent home by a doctor who look about 19 and knew nothing about my situation at all even though i was still in a lot of pain and still had very bad nausea i was then rushed to hospital last night with serve vomiting and in pain i couldn't move and had a temp of 40.2 i must say the ambulance service were fantastic but as for the doctor i saw he made me feel as if i was lying and gave me the tablets i have at home after me telling him the reason i am here is because they haven't been working and then was sent home in the same state i arrived very disappointed and think this needs sorting as i am a 19 year old women who has lost her job and am living on morphine and think this is unacceptable don't now how you can call your self a hospital and i will be see a solicitor about all my problems after i am sorted as i am scared it will affect my treatment as when i made a complaint to pals it affected my treatment disgrace!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experiences as a patient. I am very sorry that you feel that the care offered to you has been unsatisfactory. I would invite you to contact me so we can discuss these issues further in confidence. I would like to reassure you that, if you do contact me, this will not adversely affect your future care.
