What I liked
All staff from reception to Nurse Practitioner were excellent on all 3 visits. Friendly, helpful and professional. Prompt care provided on initial visit despite very busy A&E Department. The separate minor injuries section is a great idea. On my unscheduled return visit (needed to have dressing changed) I was recognised from the day before and taken straight through to minor injuries. My follow up appointment was a few days later and I was in and out in 10 minutes or so which included seeing a Dr for prognosis and having my dressing changed by nurse. My inury was a hot oil burn to my lower arm.
What could be improved
Not sure anything can be done to prevent this but a lot of the patients in the A&E waiting area had 3, 4, 5 people with them. This restricts the amount of seating and creates a lot of noise.
Anything else?
Keep up the good work!
