"A very reassuring, caring and professional service..."

What I liked

I was quite nervous about visiting the Hysteroscopy Clinic, but the staff were excellent. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout and felt very reassured and comforted. The Consultant's care, expertise and explanations were excellent and very thorough, as well as being personable and empathetic. The other staff were also excellent, caring and reassuring, but also with enough humour to make me feel at ease. I was also taken early, so my first hospital experience where I did not have to wait for hours!

An excellent service. I wish I had had them as my team when I was giving birth!

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing - a brilliant service. Please could all departments be the same?!
