My experience of west mersea doctors surgery is that the receptionists are often rude, the doctors I have seen are miserable and rude, and it is hard to get an appointment. The waiting room has hardly any seats, and you always have to wait like 20 minutes after specified appointment time. The doctors I have seen don't show they care, they just gave me prescriptions.
