About: Derriford Hospital Tamar Referral & Appointments Centre

(as the patient),

Very efficient care both at GP’s surgery and at Derriford.

All tests were carried out with minimum time. Seen by consultant led team. Did consider more explanations on medicines and follow up care would have been beneficial.

Otherwise the whole experience was less frightening by the professional way it was dealt with.

I am pleased to note that your experience was less daunting as a result of the professional manner and speed at which your investigations/consultations were conducted. I note that a little more information regarding medicines and likely follow up care would have been beneficial to you.
