What I liked

I have been to the clinic a few times and have always found the level of professionalism and care from all of the staff outstanding. The consultants always take the time to explain anything I need to know and I never feel rushed, I have been to the clinic when at times the appointments have been delayed and not one single person has minded a bit - simply because we know how good the consultants are and we know they actually care about the person sat in front of them and are not rushing people in and out. The nurses update us regularly if there is a delay and are always very pleasant and friendly.

I don't know who the previous comments refer to but I cannot fault any of the staff I would highly recommend this clinic.
