What I liked
From my arrival at A&E, everything was fantastic. I was booked in very efficiently at the reception point and the ladies on the desk couldn't have been more polite. I was seen by the triage nurse within 5 minutes, where the process to follow was explained. I was then seen by a male practitioner nurse who was out of this world. He gave me immediate pain relief and sent me straight for an x-ray. i waited 5 minutes for an x-ray and 5 minutes after this was seen again by the practitioner nurse who reviewed the x-rays and explained everything to me. Fortunately for me there was no serious damage, but I couldn't have asked for better help from any of the departments involved in my care, they were all tremendous.
