About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Referred by my GP to a General clinic. Appintment time took much longer than I hoped to come through. TRAQS staff very helpful when I needed to change it though. I would've preferred Telford PRH or Shrewsbury RSH hospital as they are closer but Bridgeworth is ok.

TRAQS are a new service providing help and support for the patients registered with GPs within the NHS Telford and Wrekin area when they require a referral to a hospital or community clinic for further treatment.

Unfortunately we are only able to offer appointment dates that have been released by the hospitals and in the case of PRH and RSH at the time that you were contacted there were no appointments to offer.

When we book your appointment here at TRAQS we will send a localised confirmation letter and our telephone contact details here in Telford for you to ring, should you wish to change your appointment or need help in any other way.

I'm glad you got your appointment and location sorted in the end.
