Im sorry that you found the administrators here at TRAQS frustrating. TRAQS is a patient focused service and the call handlers will do their best to assist you as much as possible, even changing your choice of hospital.

To ensure every patient is treated equally and with the same respect our call handlers follow a strict call script geared towards the patient, we try to be as helpful as we can.
