I appreciate the pressure that the Hallamshire Urology dept. are under daily but it doesn't inspire confidence when there seems to be confusion between a patient's treatment programme and the admin's confirmed dates - on one occasion when I arrived, I was asked what treatment I had come for (as they didn't actually seem to know themselves).
