I was a patient on ward I1 of the Royal Hallamshire hospital as I had some ear problems. As soon as I arrived at the hospital I was seen, so I was most impressed with this. As far as I can see, nothing could really have been better about the way I was treated. I was shown respect at all times, and for this I am very grateful.
