I am a teacher at Brunel and one of my students was very shy to approach the two ladies on the stand, but after being reassured that his privacy would be compromised he came along to their stand for information on c-card and left very happy.

We are really pleased that you have confidence in our service to support your students to access us. Your role in supporting students to understand the service and come to see us is critical as you know the students well and have an ongoing relationship with them.
