About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Health care was good but my referral notes were not at the clinic, so it was a good time before I could start my treatment.

Many thnaks for your feedback, sorry to hear that the notes were not at the clinic when they should have been, I am sure that the hospital concerned has a very good reason for this.

TRAQS would have assisted you with the booking of your appointment, once your appointment has been booked you are then transferred to the hospital who are then responsible for ensuring your notes are available at the time of your appointment.
