About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My experience was very good until I tried to speak to someone about an appointment. I left 10 messages for someone to call me back and no-one even did contact me, eventually I contacted the consultants secretary and she arranged 'things' for me. I gave her the number on the 'Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital' letter I was asked to contact and she was going to look into the matter.

Sorry to hear that you have had to leave 10 messages and still no one returned your call. As you detailed in your feedback, the letter with the phone number on was from Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital, this does not relate to Telford Referral and Quality Services (TRAQS), TRAQS is a separate service to the hospital.

If your appointment was originally booked via TRAQS, then we would have sent out a confirmation letter with the TRAQS logo on it and also contact details of the service should you have any queries or problems.
