I was a patient of the plastic surgery department at the Northern General hospital for the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. The standard of care I received was very good - the staff were polite and very obliging.
The only thing I would have liked to have change is that appointment times were better kept to - being told to be there 6 hours before actually being treated was not great.
