I did like being referred to by my forename - not keen being referred as Mrs which was a good start. Did not have to wait long for my appointment.
Not happy that we could not refund my bus fare on the day - as I was told the cashier was only open a.m. at this time. It is not easy to come back another day to claim travel expenses. Will have to wait for another appointment making sure it is a morning appointment.
Doctor was clear on my condition, more tests and possibly more treatment via keyhole surgery. The clinic looked clean and tidy and was treated quickly and with confidence at reception.
Overall on this occasion my experience was pleasant.
