"Nice to talk to someone who could explain and assist"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

After suffering stomach pains I went to see my GP, I was referred to TRAQS, who dealt with my referral to RSH for services in which I needed.

They spent time with me on the phone, very caring/concerned, it was really nice to talk to someone who could explain and assist. Thank you TRAQS for your time.
