Thank you for your feedback. At TRAQS when we receive your referral from your GP, we do our best to assist you with the booking of your hospital appointment, we also have access to the waiting times for patients at hospitals, unfortunately if there are long waits at PRH for expample, we will offer you an alternative hospital that you can be seen at much quicker, and hopefully get you on the way to getting your problem treated or otherwise, When TRAQS send out the confirmation letter regarding your appointment we do detail within it our contact details should you wish to change the hospital if it is not suitable.

Im pleased that although it is considered a long way, you have been seen by a nice consultant and discussed your problems.
