"Lovely staff, I was made to feel very relaxed even..."

What I liked

All staff were very friendly to me, one nurse on the Women's Health Unit in particular was lovely but sadly i din't get her name. My treatment was great, i was kept in overnight for an ultrasound scan on my legs and was sent for it early morning. I had a long wait while in the scan department but the reason was explained and the staff were apologetic when i got seen.

What could be improved

I didn't get offered food on the second day of my stay at all, nor was i offered a drink as i was in a side room and was forgotten about, however i am confident that had i asked for some i would have received it.

Anything else?

I'd like to congratulate the staff on WHU as they were coping well with the temporary ward they have whilst the normal one is under refurbishment.
