What I liked

I felt the standard of medical and non medical care in Hatton Ward concerning my prostate opration on 5th november was very good. Staff very helpful and standards very good.

Discharge procedure was well organised this time. Last time i visited it was one bad point of visit. I also thought Pre Op assessment was well organised and managed.

What could be improved

In past discharge procedures have been frustrationgly slow and let down the many other good points to visits. This time very well organised.
