I was a patient at the Ear Nose & Throat department of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for the treatment of a recurring nose bleed. The best thing about how I was treated was the kindness shown to me by the nursing staff. I did not have to wait too long before I was seen, and I was treated with respect and dignity at all times.
