What could be improved

we were seen after everyone in waiting room, these ppl did not havd emergencys most of them either had talkd to them, mostly laughing around, no pain, 1 hAd a small scratch i could evem see it needed no stitch, these ppl were coming in after my todler who was still saying since day before when we took him to imediate care that the same knee was hurting, the lady at immediate care said to take him the next morning if he still wasnt walking right, falling over every time he walked, saying same place hurt, by time we were eventualy seen 1st doc seem him n said she didnt know, he refused to walk, trys to hold on to things when poss to so was trying to walk with my hand, she then says somethings not right but unsure what and goes to get another doctor, other doc comes in, by this time todlers bored, hungry tired, wont walk for him, he then says if he can walk on it sometimes it wont be broke, he could hobble on it the say before but i was still advised by immediate care to come up if it wasnt right! tried to get more out od doctor like will it just be badly bruised?, will it correct itself? to which he just ignored and repeated himself, does that mean he doesnt know, he wouldve seen my chold walking if we were seen in the correct order, will my todler now walk this way forever? i dont kno i was refered for a answer n didnt get one! he wasnt brought in straight away the next morn either took him to preschool n even they said it werent right, that wouldve gave it extra rimw to improve too which it didnt, friends and family said same
