What I liked

I was kept informed and was involved in the decision making process. I was fed and watered and my medication were administered timely. When I needed extra attention I received it. Thank you to everyone involved from admission to discharge. God Bless you all.

What could be improved

Toilet/washroom taps: The water flows very slowly ,plus the button which 'regulates the flow is useless and not fit for 'purpose'. It is impossible to have a 'wash'. .

Shower: water flow minimum pressure

Patients leave used bed pans on the bin and on the floor

Difficult to dispose of paper towels

Anything else?

Nurses always seemed to be busy 24/7
