What I liked

Nothing... Most disgusting a&e I have ever seen .... Dirty. Smelly .. So far waiting three hours and we have been sent from another hospital as we need to see specialist .

What could be improved

Why do we have to wait in a&e for such along time. when we have been sent by another a&e department
