What I liked
On behalf of my wife I would like to thank you for the utmost care and consideration shown to her last Saturday during her cataract operation. She was highly pleased and could not thank the surgeon, anaethesist and nurses enough. The operation was done promptly and everything explained in detail. And thanks for the tea!
What could be improved
A slight quibble but maybe somebody at reception as you enter the hospital, although I realise it was a Saturday.
"One word will do. Excellent."
