I was a patient at the Queen's Medical Centre in the August of last year for the treatment of vaginal prolapses. I was given excellent explanations before the operations, and just as good care afterwards.
The area under the bed had not been swept before I was admitted, and still not swept for the duration of my 4 days at the hospital!
