What I liked

I was treated in the blood test clinic by staff who were both professional and efficient. I would also like to comment on the fact that both ladies were very firendly and made me feel very relaxed and at ease.I feel they should be praised for their attitude to patients as people are far too quick too point out the negatives where this was a positive experience.Thank You
