What I liked
I attending A&E with a query neurological emergency. After booking in I was only in the waiting room for 10 mins before being seen by a Dr. From that point onwards I was with the Dr for over 30mins, and then taken straight to the EMU to a bed, and not back to the waiting room.
During my visit every member of medical staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. There was a mis communication between the A&E dr. and the on call team at the beginning but I did not mind.
Everything was explained clearly to me.
What could be improved
My only negative comment is that the nurse triage desk should be constantly manned as I was confused when I got in to wait for a nurse that I could not see.
Anything else?
Great staff, very friendly to everyone even those who were not nice in return.
