About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Referral was dealt with quickly by TRAQS. When contacted by TRAQ everything was explained to me very clearly and also confirmed in writing which was great for my information.

Slight confusion at hospital, audiology department, however got outcome in the end.
