"No complainst about the Home Visit service from Locala"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Heart failure team

(as the patient),

I was hospitalised with heart failure in late 2011.

Once I had recovered sufficiently to return home I was booked in for regular home visits from David Fearnley. Initially he came every 14 days but I have now recovered sufficiently for the visits to cease and I now simply have to call if I feel I need assistance.

I would like to say how how absolutely wonderful these visits have been, they have kept me out of hospital and sorted out my regular medication.

The visits have always been on time and I have no complaints about the service.
