"No complainst about the Home Visit service from Locala"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Heart failure team

(as the patient),

I was hospitalised with heart failure in late 2011.

Once I had recovered sufficiently to return home I was booked in for regular home visits from David Fearnley. Initially he came every 14 days but I have now recovered sufficiently for the visits to cease and I now simply have to call if I feel I need assistance.

I would like to say how how absolutely wonderful these visits have been, they have kept me out of hospital and sorted out my regular medication.

The visits have always been on time and I have no complaints about the service.

Dear maestro216

Thank you very much for taking the time to post details of your experience on Patient Opinion. They have been shared with the team and Caroline Ellis (Team Leader) would like to issue the following response;

"Thank you very much for taking the time to add comments to the Patient Opinion website.

I am very pleased you are now feeling well and are in a position to recognise changes in your condition which has prevented you having any further hospital admissions.

Your views are very important to us as comments both positive and negative enable us to tailor our services to meet the needs of patient's and their families.

Thank you again

Caroline Ellis"
