Great service, but like on the freshers fairs it's no good being on a Tuesday when my students come here on a Monday.

More availability needed please... but great staff.

Hi Cclancy1. Liz Clough (team leader) would like to issue the following response to your posting;

"Thanks very much for taking the time to put feedback through Patient Opinion. I’m glad you think the staff do a good job-I've passed this on to them. I take on board your point about access- I will feed this back to College to see if we can alternate days to improve access during the events eg Freshers fairs, Roadshows etc.

Please let us know if we can provide you with any information which you could pass on to your students to help them understand our service and what we offer.

In the meantime I will explore putting together a short video clip of the Brunel Choices staff so you could show that to your students to help them meet staff virtually".
