(as a parent/guardian),

We moved over from South Africa 2 years ago, Health care was very expensive and my daughter did not receive all the care she should have. We are very impressed by the service she is receiving at Shrewsbury Physio clinic with Shibu. He is very patient and works really well with her. We notice improvement in her all the time. Thank you for everything.

Dear Parents

Many thanks for your feedback about the care your daughter is receiving from our Physiotherapy service. I genuinely hope that her health gets better and that we continue to provide an excellent service to your daughter and to all our patients.

We are constantly striving to improve services for our patients, your feedback is therefore very imporatnt in helping us find how good our services are and what we can do to make it even better. We believe that only by listening to to the views and suggestions made by our patients, their carers and families, we can change the way we work and improve our services. Thank you once again for your kind words about a member of staff, I will make sure that this is shared with the individual, their Manager and the Physiotherapy team.
