My recent attendance to a new GP surgery to discuss my problems at which I am being referred for was an awful experience. I found the doctor was aggressive and insulting and made me instantly cry in the consultation.
This has made me lose faith in the health care service and I am now worried about returning to my surgery in the future.
I'm in debate about writing to the surgery regarding this as I feel its unfair for such people to upset members (not just myself) of the public and continue practising without being monitored or disciplined.
