Excellent service from the moment you arrive until one leaves. All of the staff I saw were helpful, kind and courteous.

The doctor was informative and thorough also very considerate and took time out to explain everything to me.

I required an x-ray while I was in OPD and I hardly waited a moment before being called and escorted into the x-ray department. Once there yet again everything was explained to me and any questions raised were answered politely and helpfully. Overall an excellent experience. Long live Mount Gould and all its staff.

Thank you for you feedback regarding your appointment with our Musculoskeletal service, we have worked hard to ensure patients have a one stop service and can receive an X-ray on the same day as their appointment, this reduces the number of times that patients need to come for appointments. Our doctors always endeavour to include and involve patients in the decisions about their care, this is very important to Sentinel.

We receive lots of positive feedback about Mount Gould Local Care Centre and agree that it is clean, accessibile and a modern facility, our administration team work hard to ensure patients get the very best experience at their appointment.
