About: Livewell South West Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Dermatology (skin)

(as the patient),

A little difficult in finding right entrance from car park. Enough disabled places free (9. 30 am). Lifts are good. Sentinel desk visible; clerk helpful. Waiting area comfortable and not crowded. Dermatology Doctor unhurried: explained reasons for treatment, discomfort to be felt and how to terminate it, future effect of treatment. A reassuring experience.

Thank you for your comments following your visit to Mount Gould Local Care Centre.

Plymouth Community Healthcare is responsible for the Mount Gould site.

Following a number of comments received.

We are currently looking at how improvements can be made for visitors coming on to the Mount Gould site.

Identifying the need for clearer signage across the site, which will be undertaken over the coming months.

I am very pleased to hear other aspects of your visit was good.
