I recently attended the Fracture Clinic at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham after breaking my right arm. The standard of medical care which I received was good, as was the care given to me by the nursing staff.
However, the appointment receptionist was very rude and impatient. She was also rather argumentative.
