What I liked
most of the staff were friendly and helpful on my ward 15, one in particular was lovely.
the food was the best i have had in a hospital,and should not change.
What could be improved
I press the help button ,it took someone over 10 minutes to came over and they were not happy
saying What do you want in a unfriendly way ,no smile ,not appearing to be very helpful at all.
It would had been helpful to have been given the visiting time with my letter of admission.
"good,but some staff could be more friendly and..."
