What I liked
The doctor and their team were very friendly, helpful and systematic.
The hospital areas were spacious, clean and well-maintained, and hopefully will remain so, since the building has been recently refurbished. The whole setup was really tidy and organised, free of the scruffy posters on walls and other detritus so common in other NHS establishments.
The details of my procedure were fully explained by the doctor, whilst they and their staff were very considerate and exceptionally good-humoured doing the operation. I can't fault my treatment in any way. Congratulations to all involved!
